Organoid has proven to be a powerful tool for human sample-based validation in the drug development process. In this study, CRC organoids were utilized to evaluate the efficacy of candidate drugs, demonstrating superior anticancer effects compared to conventional therapies. This highlights the predictive accuracy and practical applicability of organoid models. Moreover, by integrating organoid models with traditional 2D and PDX systems, the platform has established itself as an essential component of modern experimental workflows. The results were delivered in less than a month, enabling us to proceed with submission quickly and efficiently.
