Visium is ideal for studies that require spatial context, such as identifying region-specific gene expression, characterizing tissue heterogeneity, analyzing tumor microenvironments, and understanding cell–cell interactions within intact tissues.
Visium provides high-resolution spatial gene expression at the level of tissue regions (spatial spots), not true single-cell resolution. Each spot represents a small area containing multiple cells, enabling robust spatial pattern analysis across complex tissues.
You will receive spatial gene expression matrices, histological images with spatial overlays, and bioinformatics analyses such as clustering and differential expression. Optional pathological advisory reports are available to support biological interpretation and translational relevance.
